The Founder

From Shanghai to Mumbai. From London to Paris. From New York to Stockholm. We all know it. We all fell for the convenience of a wrapped-up burger in a couple of minutes landing on a tray, with the company of chips and Coca Cola. We crave it from time to time both when we travel and stay at home. It combines our need to get fed and our desire for something tasty. Leaving the health value of the meal, a number of calories (far too big for our needs), or the fact that it doesn't really disintegrate over time (the famous case of McDonald's burger looking almost intact after ten years of preservation), let's focus on the phenomenon. Behind every company there is a story, behind every business and corporation there is an idea. This is a story about the idea of a fast food meal that enchanted masses and a man who had a far bigger dream that one local restaurant. The Founder

On the nature of pictures

*Every Google image belongs to someone and this someone should be noted. However, if pictures are scenes from the film they most probably belong to owners of the film/producers. I use saved screens of the Google compilation of pictures, thus the pictures of pictures, which I take, cut and edit myself (as a derivative use). They are used for reviewing purposes (fair use), not for diminishing the films' profits by stealing what rightly belongs to them. Copyright is tricky, let's get used to it.
