Amadeus

08:20:00

Life is unfair in its distribution of goods. Some are born rich and healthy, others live in abandonment, poverty, and sickness. Equally is with talent. You might think that those with God's gift are special, distinct, and admirable. That they had finished the best schools, have the best manners, and epitomize the best human virtues. But kings and geniuses equally are only people with the nastiest appalling habits. That said, can you resist the obsession with someone who has something you always wanted to have? Can jealousy make you commit deeds you'd rather conceal? A confession of one musician about another incomparable genius of its epoch. Salieri vs Mozart in Miloš Forman's Amadeus.

On the nature of pictures

*Every Google image belongs to someone and this someone should be noted. However, if pictures are scenes from the film they most probably belong to owners of the film/producers. I use saved screens of the Google compilation of pictures, thus the pictures of pictures, which I take, cut and edit myself (as a derivative use). They are used for reviewing purposes (fair use), not for diminishing the films' profits by stealing what rightly belongs to them. Copyright is tricky, let's get used to it.
