Klara Jagovit is a Polish-born writer. She's a pacifist, supports the freedom of speech, same-sex marriage and women's independence and equality. She enjoys European capitals, sweets, European and American films from around the 80s and a good sense of humor. She holds a Master's degree in English Literature, which had little in common with her professional life. She's interested in the Orient, as she started studies at African Studies Center - twice, within the span of five years. She dropped out. Twice. Some people aren't good for academic life. Klara is a name she chose for confirmation (a religious ceremony in the Catholic Church, which she rarely visits), Jagovit is a blend of her two nicknames from high school and university years.
She is a cat lover - she loves one particular cat, which she owns. She currently resides in Warsaw with a lot of thoughts on emigration, but due to the above-mentioned cat, family, and friends, she's basically stuck.
